You give value to your target audience and as an exchange, they give you their email address and can even opt-in to your Facebook messages… 

And that gives you unlimited opportunities to reach out to those leads and nurture them on autopilot, and later on, turn some of them into your clients… 

Here’s one more thing before the list. When it comes to value, give something that your target audience wants, what they consider as value… 

… something that solves a problem for them so the first interaction with you already impresses them. It doesn’t have to be a big thing as long as it’s value for your potential clients, potential leads… 

You’ll see this… 

Here’s the list. Ten things that you can give away to generate leads… 

Number one, Cheatsheet. You can give them a cheatsheet as the value in exchange for their email address… 

This can be a simple one-page document that shows them the way how to solve one of their problems… 

Number two, Checklist. It’s another simple and great value you can give… 

When your potential leads do something that requires multiple things and steps and it’s important that they don’t miss out anything in that process… 

Number three, Templates / scripts. Some leads more than happy to give their email address for getting templates or scripts that save them time, help them to do something quicker… 

Here’s a few examples: agreement templates, email templates, sales call scripts, case study templates and so on. The list is endless… 

Just look around in your business for things that you created and use to save time and could give away as template or script… 

Number four, List or compilation. It’s another great example that you don’t have to create a big thing to be able to give big value to your leads… 

You can compile a list of things together that solve a problem for your leads and save them time by showing them the necessary resources in one place…

Either way, the topic has to be about something that gives solution to a problem of your leads… 

Number seven, eBook. This is another good thing to give away to get leads. And the fun part, it’s even possible to create one without actually writing the content yourself… 

For example, you can crowdsource the entire eBook. Get different experts to write one chapter each and the collection of those chapters will be your eBook. Are you getting this? 

Another great way to quickly create an eBook is collecting examples together. For example, the top 10 high-converting landing pages in an industry… 

Either way, the main goal of the eBook is to solve some sort of problem to your leads… 

Okay, number eight, How-to video. Simply recording your screen and showing how to do something to solve a problem or do something quicker… 

And give that value to your leads as an exchange for their email address… 

Number nine, Online video course. It can be even something short as long as it gives value to your leads. For example, solves a problem… 

And just like with eBooks, you can crowdsource the entire online course. Or even create online course by walking through different examples of things that work and can help them to solve their problem… 

Okay, number ten, Audio book. In this rushing world that a lot of people don’t have time to sit down and read, they prefer to consume information through audio books… 

You can turn your eBook into an audio book and give that as a value to your leads…
