First, let’s talk about Secret #1: How to get more hot leads with much less work. Let me share a quick story with you. In 2016, I was doing a lot of manual lead generation like cold calling, messaging people, following up with cold leads, talking to people on the phone or in person to tell them what the business is about and what we offer, I was working 70-80 hours a week and I felt completely exhausted all the time and stuck. But as I was not getting the results I wanted, I felt like I needed to work harder and push through to scale up lead generation and get a better business. One morning, I got to that point when I was sitting at the edge of my bed at 4 a.m. in the dark room and I was so exhausted, my whole body was shaking. That was the time when I realised that I am the bottleneck in the business and there’s a reason why it’s not possible to scale the lead generation. So, I realized that need to take myself out of the lead generation, But, I didn’t how to do it. So, I started looking for a solution. And, in nine months, I was able to do that and it was worth every single minute of effort doing that. Not just because I need to work less hours now, the business also started getting more HOT leads and the lead generation became easily and quickly scalable which is pretty awesome, don’t you think?
