Pilot Terms
Last updated: 16 Oct 2026.
Parties and acceptance
We are Marketing Commando Ltd, trading as 47 Links, at 65 St. Helier Ave, Morden, SM4 6HY, United Kingdom.
Company details: 08121390, registered in England and Wales.
These terms apply to businesses and individuals applying for, receiving, or taking part in any 47 Links service, together with our Terms and Conditions.
Applicants and service participants must be at least 18.
If acting for a business, the person accepting must have its authority or obtain authorization before we accept the engagement.
Submitting an application does not reserve a place; the engagement starts when its scope and applicable terms are agreed and we confirm approval in writing.
Paid work requires agreed fees, payment terms, and any service-specific cancellation, refund, and support terms before it begins.
What pilot means
A pilot is a limited first engagement used to test and improve our service with client feedback.
The current founding AI Time-Saving Blueprint pilot is free, while other services or pilots are free only if we expressly agree this.
What is included, Estimates and shortfalls, and Founding-pilot booking describe this specific free offer, not every service.
Other services follow their agreed scope, while the remaining general rules below apply unless a specific written agreement expressly varies them.
What is included
The founding pilot includes a discovery call of about 30 minutes, analysis, a concise AI Time-Saving Blueprint, and a 30–45-minute walkthrough.
We identify roughly three to five practical improvements to recurring internal work, prioritizing useful AI and including non-AI changes where appropriate.
We aim to identify at least five estimated recurring hours saved in a typical week across the selected recommendations.
The AI Time-Saving Blueprint is ready within five business days after discovery and receipt of essential missing information, with the walkthrough at the next agreed time.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales.
We explain material delays and agree a revised date.
Implementation, subscriptions, ongoing support, and measurement after implementation are excluded unless separately agreed.
Estimates and shortfalls
Time and financial figures are projections based on information supplied and stated assumptions, not guaranteed results or cash savings.
Annual projections use a standard 52-week year, with financial value shown before implementation and running costs.
If we cannot support the five-hour threshold, we make one focused clarification or recheck, then share the honest findings and offer the walkthrough.
The founding pilot is free, so there is no payment to refund or obligation to provide free implementation.
You can implement independently, use another provider, or ask us for a separate proposal.
Your participation
Provide honest estimates, identify unknowns, and involve people who can explain the work and discuss next steps.
Share only information you are authorized to provide, avoiding passwords and unrelated sensitive or customer information.
Provide candid private feedback; positive feedback, testimonials, referrals, and purchases are optional.
Choosing DIY or leaving the free founding pilot does not create a retrospective fee.
Calls, AI, and confidentiality
Calls are recorded with AI transcription and note-taking, and service information is processed with AI as described in our Privacy Policy.
Share that notice with everyone you invite and join individually through a web browser or mobile app to respond to the platform consent prompts.
The prompts cover recording, transcription, and AI note-taking, including for late arrivals; later AI use is explained in the privacy policy.
Joining or staying silently does not count as explicit consent or waive privacy rights.
We protect non-public business information and limit access to those supporting the service, subject to required legal disclosures.
We may use anonymous general learning to improve our service without identifying your business or disclosing confidential details.
Identifiable improvement analysis and privacy objections are covered by the privacy policy, not a blanket permission in these terms.
Names, logos, testimonials, and public case studies require separate permission.
Founding-pilot booking
An accepted place is held for seven calendar days to book discovery.
Discovery and walkthrough calls normally take place 4–14 calendar days after booking, at a time that works for both of us.
After cancellation, the place is held for seven calendar days to rebook, with the call normally 4–14 calendar days after rebooking at a time that works for both of us.
We remind you before releasing an unbooked place and confirm its release.
Booking, cancellation, and closure
Other services follow their agreed booking and cancellation terms, including any charges agreed in advance.
For the free founding pilot, a no-show leads to follow-up, and either party may end the engagement by email if continuing is not workable.
After discovery, we normally agree continuation or closure before reallocating capacity and explain the status of any work produced.
We may suspend or end a service for a material breach, abuse, fraud, serious security risk, or a legal requirement.
Where safe and lawful, we explain the issue and allow a reasonable chance to correct it before ending the service.
Immediate protective action follows the notice rules in the Terms and Conditions.
We confirm any unfinished work, access changes, and next steps, with paid-service refunds or amounts due governed by the agreed terms and applicable law.
Ending a service does not itself create a new fee or remove accrued rights.
Your materials and our work
You retain ownership of your materials and allow us to use them only for the agreed service and disclosed data purposes.
We retain rights in our materials, including reusable methods and templates, subject to your existing rights and any third-party rights.
You have a lasting, non-exclusive right to use delivered materials privately or within your business, including by advisers or implementers working for you, subject to any expressly agreed service-specific license.
You must ensure those recipients follow the same use and sharing limits and keep copyright and ownership notices intact.
You may adapt supplied materials for your own internal implementation, but may not distribute adapted versions outside these permitted uses.
Without our prior written permission, you must not publish, publicly share, resell, or redistribute any materials we provide, including the AI Time-Saving Blueprint, recordings, slides, templates, and extracts.
This includes public links, social posts, and uploads to public tools or libraries.
These limits do not restrict your own original materials, general skills you learn, legally required disclosures, or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Confidentiality and the agreed use and sharing limits continue after the service ends.
Third-party materials remain subject to their own terms, and we do not promise exclusive ownership of AI-generated content.
Care, concerns, and law
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill and will address notified factual errors in the AI Time-Saving Blueprint.
AI-assisted findings can contain errors, and third-party tools, prices, and features can change.
Check material assumptions before implementation and obtain qualified legal, tax, or financial advice where needed.
The Terms and Conditions set the indemnity for businesses and individuals, notices, electronic agreement, dispute process, and general rules.
Their Liability section applies the £2,000 GBP aggregate cap across all 47 Links services and interactions, subject to mandatory rights and any expressly agreed different service limit.
Their Implementation by you or others and Force majeure sections also apply, while preserving our duties for work we agree to perform.
Raise concerns at hello@47links.com using that dispute process, including its business-arbitration option and individual-dispute rules, subject to mandatory rights.
