Who we are and scope

We are Marketing Commando Ltd, trading as 47 Links, company 08121390, registered in England and Wales.

Our registered office is 65 St. Helier Ave, Morden, SM4 6HY, United Kingdom, and our VAT number is GB463112914.

These terms cover all 47 Links services, whether free or paid, and our websites, applications, emails, calls, advice, and supplied materials.

They apply to businesses and individuals who interact with us, including visitors, applicants, clients, and participants.

“You” means the business you represent when acting with its authority, or you personally when acting in your own capacity.

Our services target businesses, but this does not remove any rights you have as an individual or consumer.

Applicants and service participants must be at least 18, and anyone accepting for a business must have its authority.

Submitting an application does not reserve a place, guarantee approval, or commit either party to paid work.

Our Service and Pilot Terms also set participation, confidentiality, and material-use rules, with specific provisions for the founding pilot.

Each engagement needs an agreed scope, with price and payment terms agreed before paid work starts.

Existing agreements are not changed retrospectively, and a specific written service agreement controls where it expressly varies these general terms.

Website use and intellectual property

Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully, without harmful uploads, unauthorized security testing, or access to another person’s records.

We or our licensors own the website content, branding, and design unless stated otherwise.

You may view and retain reasonable copies for your private or internal business evaluation, keeping copyright and ownership notices intact.

Do not sell, publicly redistribute, or claim ownership of our content, or imply our endorsement, without written permission, except where law permits.

Use of delivered AI Time-Saving Blueprint documents, recordings, templates, and other service materials follows the private-use license in the Service and Pilot Terms.

Care, disclaimers, and external services

We provide our agreed service with reasonable care and skill, while website information is general guidance.

Recommendations, examples, and estimates do not guarantee savings, income, suitability for every use, or other results.

AI-assisted content may be inaccurate or incomplete, so verify important assumptions before acting and seek legal, tax, or financial advice where needed.

These limits do not remove our express delivery duties or the shortfall process in the Pilot Terms.

We cannot promise uninterrupted website access or control third-party tools, prices, features, or availability.

External websites and tools have their own terms and privacy practices, and we remain responsible for our own service obligations.

Implementation by you or others

The AI Time-Saving Blueprint provides information and recommendations, not an implemented system or a guarantee of implementation results.

Unless our agreed scope includes implementation, you or your chosen provider are responsible for the design, setup, testing, security, compliance, and operation of what you build.

To the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for loss caused by your or an independent third party’s implementation, modifications, misuse, or failure to test or maintain a solution.

This does not exclude liability caused by our own breach or negligence, remove our duties for work we agree to perform, or treat our subcontractors as independent providers chosen by you.

The Liability section applies to any liability that remains.

Notices and electronic agreement

We use the email address you provide for applications, service messages, and formal notices, and you should tell us promptly if it changes.

Send formal notices to hello@47links.com and routine call messages to meetings@ws.47links.com.

A notice takes effect when received, and we will use another reasonable contact method if we know delivery failed.

We give reasons for suspension or closure where possible, but may act first when law, security, or immediate harm requires it.

We notify you as soon as reasonably possible afterward, unless disclosure is legally restricted.

Email counts as writing, and an affirmative checkbox or typed name can record agreement where intended to authenticate and legally sufficient.

Silence is not agreement, and electronic acceptance does not replace any legally required formality or separate consent.

These rules do not change agreed booking reminders, legal deadlines, privacy-request rights, or requirements for serving court documents.

Indemnity

This indemnity applies to businesses and individuals, subject to mandatory law.

You will reimburse our reasonable losses and legal costs from third-party claims caused by materials you supply without the necessary rights or your unlawful use of our service.

This also covers third-party claims caused by your unauthorized distribution of our supplied materials.

The indemnity applies only to amounts finally awarded by a court or arbitral tribunal, or agreed in a settlement you approve, with approval not unreasonably withheld.

It excludes losses caused by our breach, negligence, or other wrongdoing.

For consumers, it is limited to reasonable, foreseeable losses directly caused by their breach or unlawful conduct and does not remove statutory protections.

We must notify you promptly, take reasonable steps to limit loss, and let you participate in the defense before incurring material costs.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Subject to that rule and applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you arising from all 47 Links services and interactions is capped at £2,000 GBP.

This covers free and paid services, websites, applications, emails, calls, advice, AI Time-Saving Blueprint documents, recordings, and all other supplied materials.

This is one combined limit per claimant across services, interactions, and these terms, not a separate limit for each claim, service, document, or legal basis.

A different limit applies only where expressly agreed in a specific written service agreement or required by law.

It applies to claims in contract, tort including negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, to the extent permitted by law.

Subject to the same mandatory exceptions, we exclude indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here removes mandatory consumer remedies, individuals’ statutory data-protection rights, or a regulator’s powers.

Where a mandatory right prevents a restriction, that right prevails over the cap or exclusion.

Disputes and governing law

Email hello@47links.com with the issue, relevant facts, and the outcome sought, and we will try to resolve it in good faith within 60 days.

For disputes, if unresolved, the parties will try confidential mediation with a mutually agreed mediator, sharing the mediator’s fee and paying their own advisers.

Subject to Business arbitration, either party may proceed to court if mediation fails or cannot be arranged within 30 days after a written request, unless both agree more time.

This process does not prevent urgent court relief, steps needed to preserve a legal deadline, or complaints to a regulator.

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and related non-contractual disputes.

Except where Business arbitration applies, disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, subject to mandatory law.

Individuals retain any mandatory local-law protections and rights to use other courts, and consumers need not complete paid mediation before exercising statutory remedies.

Business arbitration

For disputes arising from business or professional use, we may require final resolution by binding arbitration under the LCIA Rules in force when arbitration begins.

This includes individuals acting in that capacity, but does not impose arbitration on consumers acting outside their business or profession.

We exercise this option by written notice after the negotiation and mediation process above, before taking a substantive step to answer the dispute in court, where legally permitted.

The seat is London, England, the tribunal has one arbitrator appointed under the LCIA Rules, and the language is English.

The arbitration agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Proceedings are confidential under the LCIA Rules, subject to disclosures needed by law, to protect legal rights, or to enforce or challenge an award lawfully.

The award is final and binding, subject to rights of challenge that cannot lawfully be excluded, and may be enforced in any competent court.

Court support, urgent relief, and regulatory complaints remain available where permitted by law.

Individual disputes only

To the extent legally enforceable, disputes must be brought separately, and you waive the right to bring or participate in class, collective, representative, or group actions against us.

This restriction applies to businesses and individuals, but not where prohibited, unfair under applicable consumer law, or inconsistent with rights that cannot be waived.

It does not prevent regulatory complaints, legally protected representation, or court or tribunal powers that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and general rules

We may update website terms for future use, showing the current date and notifying affected clients of material changes.

Changes to an accepted engagement require written agreement and do not apply retrospectively through a website update.

These terms, the Service and Pilot Terms, and your agreed scope and written variations form the service agreement, with expressly agreed service-specific provisions prevailing if they conflict.

The Privacy Policy explains data handling and does not waive privacy rights or create optional marketing consent.

If a clause cannot be enforced, the remaining clauses continue where they can operate independently.

A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it, and neither party may transfer the engagement without the other’s written agreement.

Ending the engagement preserves accrued rights and clauses needed afterward, including material-use limits, confidentiality, indemnity, liability, and disputes.

Force majeure

To the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control despite reasonable care.

Examples include major infrastructure or third-party platform outages, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, and government action.

We will give prompt notice, take reasonable steps to reduce the impact, and resume delivery when reasonably possible.

If performance cannot reasonably resume, we will agree revised arrangements or closure under the applicable service terms.

This does not excuse unrelated failures, our own negligence, or any refund or other remedy required by law.
